PEZA may employ the use of online forms e.g. MS Forms and Google Forms, in the conduct of surveys, assessments, transactions and event registrations. Links on these forms can sometimes be found on this Site’s banners, issuances, inquiry and complaint form. The collection of data in these online forms shall follow their respective privacy notice found before the submission of responses.
This Site may contain links to other websites that are not maintained and officially connected with PEZA.
