          To: Presidents / CEOs of PEZA-Registered IT Enterprises

          Subject: Monthly Performance Report


Towards developing a good database on the performance of PEZA-registered investments in the IT sector, PEZA-registered enterprises are requested to submit via e-mail (mis@peza.gov.ph) Monthly Performance Reports pertaining to their Employment, Salaries and Wages and Total Sales using the very simple report format provided in www.peza.gov.ph.

Please provide us your Monthly Performance Reports for January to May on or before 30 June 2002.

Thereafter, please submit your Monthly Performance Report for the immediately preceding month on or before the 10th working day of the month.
