MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2000-002
Economic Zone Locator Enterprises: Submission of Proof
of Ownership of Land or Long-term Lease Contract as a Requirement for
the Signing of the PEZA Registration Agreement.
PEZA Board Resolution No. 00-332 has amended the requirements for the
signing of the PEZA Registration Agreement (RA) by an economic zone
enterprise. Part of the requirement for PEZA R.A. signing is a proof
of ownership of land or long-term lease contract to be submitted within
30 days after the signing.
