According to PEZA Director General Tereso O. Panga, “Ease of doing business is one of the factors being looked at by global companies before investing in a certain country. That is why we continue to strengthen our initiatives to enhance processes and the overall ease of doing business, particularly in the ecozones to provide the best services to our partners and stakeholders.”

This was upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 with an extension of scope to include all processes and additional sites clustered into supervising offices on 01 March 2010.
